Education for sustainable and secure social futures should be given to undergraduate students who contribute to their own futures. The lectures are composed of the following themes.
1. Earth environment on the edge, based on natural sciences by Prof. M.Koba
2. Change of life environment, based on plant ecology by Mr. M.Nagano, environmental consultant
3. Change of life environment, based on animal ecology. by Prof. M.Yoshida
4. Spreading of international treaties of earth environments, and upgrading of domestic environmental laws by Prof. K.Takeshita
5. Protection and improvement of the environment in corporate activities by Prof. A.Sasakura
6. Urban heat island and mitigation by civil engineering by Prof. M.Dogaki
7. Urban traffic mode and urban structure: Europe and North America by Prof. M.Ito
8. Citizen’s role in sustainable society by Mses. N.Oda and K.Kida, local civic leaders.
